Fulmination

The most powerful member of The Wyverns, Fulmination had a short tenure of only 3 months. Showing a rapid growth in power, Fulmination quickly became unhinged
Acceptable number of casualties were quickly surpassed, with Fulmination leaving carnage from gang members, regulars and civilians alike in his wake. With a joint effort from gang members such as King and other Sentinels such as Blackout, Fulmination was captured and sent to the Clocktower.

Appearance

By the time of his capture, Fulmination possessed no true corporeal body. Instead a mass of energy and magic that possessed a humanoid like form. Fulmination was known to carry around various metallic objects with him, such as knives and chains.

Abilities

Fulmination was able to absorb energy and magic to grow stronger. They are assumed to be a changed due to their inability to demanifest from lightning. Their body incapable of being truly damaged, they were only managed to be brought in due to Blackout's general nullification effect.
