Landamaeri philosophy and religious tradition place great emphasis on the value of memories. Therefore, one of the greatest fears of those rich enough to live to an old age is that their minds will eventually begin to decay, and they will start to forget who they are. This existential dread has given birth to innumerable poems, stories, and tales of loss throughout the years.
