Introduction

As a testamony of exactly how welcoming Torchwell truly is, this massive Lizardfolk kept the growing village safe for many years before its demise. A practiced hunter and ex-mercenary, He-Who-Watches keeps his snout shut on why he lives so far into the Solemn Expanse.

Midnight Hunter

It is common knowledge to Torchers that He-Who-Watches is nocturnal in nature. Unsuprisingly, having a seven foot lizard person wandering around at night does little to comfort new visitors but it does keep the theft to a minimum.
