Enchanted Puppeteer


This class is a master of puppetry and enchantment magic. They can create magical puppets that they control with their mind. They use these puppets to perform complex tasks, distract their enemies, and even fight in their place.

Niche Perks

Enchantment Focus: The Enchanted Puppeteer has spent their life studying the art of enchantment. They gain a +2 bonus to all enchantment spell DCs.
  Puppet Empathy: The Enchanted Puppeteer gains a deeper understanding of their puppets, allowing them to sense their emotions and needs. They gain a +2 bonus to CHA when interacting through their puppets.
  Puppetry Mastery: The Enchanted Puppeteer becomes more skilled at controlling their puppets, allowing them to perform complex actions. The puppets gain an extra 1d6 damage on all attacks and have +2 to their AC.

A Puppet Friend: The Enchanted Puppeteer can create a puppet capable of free movement, picking up items, and short bursts of combat. A puppet is able to make 1 attack per turn for 1d6 damage and makes their attack directly before or after the puppeteer. At level 7, the puppet is able to make 2 attacks for 1d8 damage. At level 13, this increases to 2d8.
 
Puppetry Creation: At 3rd level, the Enchanted Puppeteer can create a puppet with a special purpose (such as a spy, defender, or a pickpocket).
  Puppeteer's Deception: At 7th level, the Enchanted Puppeteer can create an illusion of themselves controlling a puppet, distracting enemies and making them vulnerable. This ability can only be used once per long rest.
Puppetry Assault: At 13th level, the Enchanted Puppeteer can summon a group of puppets to fight alongside them. The number of puppets summoned is equal to CHA bonus and can only be used once per long rest.
  Puppeteer's Dominion: At 17th level, the Enchanted Puppeteer can control a living creature as if it were a puppet, forcing it to do their bidding. This ability can only be used once per long rest and the target must make a WIS saving throw to resist.
