One Secret Policy

The One Secret Policy was a myth during the Cantari Empire's Era of Yang, that royal officials were allowed to have one secret overlooked by other royal officials, including the Emperor themself.   In truth, any secret that was discovered and offended the Emperor could result in immediate execution.   Despite this, many Cantari operas and literature include the One Secret Policy as a key element in Yang-era settings.
