Ken

Ken is a tall, strongly built man in his forties with weather-beaten features, a bear-like physique and sharp eyes that gleam with a mixture of intelligence and charisma. His dark hair is cut short and specked with grey, signifying his age and wisdom. He often wears a combination of sturdy clothing suited for a merchant's work and functional armor, bearing the symbol of the Merchant's Brotherhood.
Ken always insists on being the last man to leave any meeting or gathering. While he is an excellent fighter, he prefers to use diplomacy in resolving matters. He has a fondness for well-crafted weapons, often carrying more than 
Ken enjoys overseeing the training of new Brotherhood recruits, and spends much of his spare time personally mentoring them. He is a fan of music and often plays the lute quietly in his private quarters.
Ken started as a humble trader, soon earning a reputation for his fairness and his ability to seemingly always get the better end of a deal. He was instrumental in navigating the Brotherhood through a period of crisis, thus earning him the opportunity to lead the Brotherhood. He underwent formal training to become a fighter, vowing to protect his fellow merchants with every ounce of strength. His guile and tact formed from years of negotiating contracts made him an effective bard as well. His primary goal is to maintain the prosperity of the Brotherhood while ensuring its integrity is preserved.
Ken is a natural leader, drawing people in with his charisma and unwavering courage. He is fair and compassionate, always willing to lend an ear to his fellow merchants. Despite his position, he never shies away from getting his hands dirty and is often found at the heart of negotiations.
