Poji Grand Master of the Wizards School

He fears the misuse of magic that might lead to the world’s destruction. Also, he has a more personal fear of deep water due to a near-drowning incident in his youth.
Poji is a short, round gnome, standing at just 3' tall. He has a full white beard that's carefully groomed, reaching down to his waist and framing a cheerful face with twinkling blue eyes behind tiny spectacle-shaped wire-rimmed glasses. His head is crowned with a tall wizard's hat embellished with arcane symbols, and radiant blue robes, decorated with golden celestial patterns, drape over his stout form.
Poji is known for speaking in riddles and enjoys testing people's wit. He also has an unusual affinity for sweets and can often be found with a sack of honey candies, even during serious council meetings.
Despite his many responsibilities, Poji is an exceptional baker and makes time to indulge in his passion, hosting monthly feasts at the Wizards School with his magically created, delicious treats.
Originally from the gnome village of Gimblewood, Poji was recognized for his magical prowess at a young age and was trained at the Polaria Wizard’s School. As he grew, so did his abilities, and so he quickly rose up the ranks, despite prejudice against his gnome heritage. Poji believes that the power of magic should be used for the common good, and not for personal gain or destructive will. Now, as the Grand Master of the School, he tirelessly works to train the next generation of wizards, promoting unity, empathy, and ethics in magical practice.
Poji Grand Master is warm, wise, and has a fantastical sense of humor. His charisma and witty remarks incredibly humanize him despite his immense power and status. He enjoys teaching and mentoring as he believes in spreading knowledge and understanding, to foster a more enlightened world.
