A plane of existance created by Gonos, God of Death that shadows the Amalgamate Plane, except life was never granted.
The land is barren, and the seas are vacant.
The occupants of this plane are the souls of mortals from the other planes that die. They live out various activities together, with no purpose but entertainment
They continue to inhabit this plane until their name is forgotten, where they will disappear from the plane forever
This is also the plane that necromancer communicate through when casting their magic. The receipient of certain spells must still have their soul present in this plane, else the magic will fail automatically

Localized Phenomena

No light is present as no sun fills the sky
Lightning strikes from no storm, can be souls being transported to the plane or necromancers summoning the souls back
