Quill of Knowing

One unaseeming little feather that is a part of a set from an ancient sorcerer who really could not be bothered to repeat the same message twice. It is said that this quill has memorised all of the books and letter it had ever written and can therefore answer many a thousand questions about magic and the supernatural.
