Ring of Plenty
The Ring of Plenty is a secretive organisation consisting of thieves, bandits, assassins, thugs, and similar blackhearts. The Ring was created in response to more benevolent rogue guilds that imposed rules the Ring's founders thought impractical or distasteful. The Ring's rules, known only to members, are simple.
Protect Our Own
This layered rule is an 'honour among thieves' sort of rule. This specifically demands that Ring members assist other Ring members when they are being pursued by bounty hunters or the law. It prohibits members of the Ring claiming bounties on other members of the Ring. It does not prohibit theft from, assault or murder of, or any other crimes against Ring members.Cooperate with Law at Leisure
This rule is grimmer than it sounds at first. Ring members will be assassinated (put at leisure) if they cooperate with law enforcement agencies. The Blackbird Watches
Less a law, more a reminder that the leader of the Ring eventually comes to know all that passes. The Blackbird rarely acts themself; rather, they dispatch tasks, punishment and reward from afar, through a series of messengers.Criminal Organization of Cutthroats and Villains
