Penrose
Penrose has a more diverse economy, though it is dominated by textile production. Other notable trades in Penrose are beer and wine production, and it is also home to the most elite wizardry school in Chalcedon, Deroleux's Select Conservatory of the Arcane, which specializes in transmutation and runs The Sorcerer Assimilation Program. There is also a bardic school here, Lux Tenebris, and while it is notable, does not receive the same attention or accolades as the wizardry school.
