Mass Reactor
Dark matter can undergo a decaying process similar to radioative decay in which energy is released by the transformation of dark matter to "normal" matter. The mass reactor harnesses this unimaginable energy.
Like the matter reactor the mass reactore requires no fuel tank; the dark matter and its containment devide is already included in the reactor.
The mass reactor requires refueling once every six months at a cost equal to 5,000 DUC per hull points assigned to the power plant if the reactor is working at 100% throughout this time.
The current output of the average Mass Reactor is about 30% efficient due to the contributions of Dr. Isaac Thorton Solensky during the development of the StarRise Drive technology.
The average Mass reactor produces about 3.5 "This reactor is rated at 3.5 Gee-tees). Low quality reactors tend to flactuate between 3.1 and 3.4 GT while large and finely tuned units can be rated up to 4.2 GTs
