Fizzip Sparklwein

Fizzip is a cheerful, pint-sized gnome with a big moustache that hardly ever conceals his wide smile. He is often dressed in burgundy clothes and uses a monocle to read the labels of the many bottles of alcohol in his shop The Drunken Gnome. Fizzip is a knowledgeable merchant, and he takes great pride in the quality of the wines and spirits he sells.

Lone and Helpful Gnome

Fizzip sources his products from all over the world, in the past he traveled distant lands to seek out the finest and most exotic drinks that could be found. His network extends far past the borders of Kingdom of Wolfsbrunn. Fizzip has tried hiring employees, but has had a couple of bad experiences with them showing up to work drunk or hungover on a regular basis, and their performance suffering as a result. The experience with these employees was pretty for Fizzip, and it taught him the importance of being careful when hiring anyone to help him out. He still hires people for an odd job or two, but he now makes sure to thoroughly screen potential workers and look for any red flags that could indicate a potential problem with alcohol. He is determined to make sure that his employees are able to thrive and succeed in a healthy and supportive environment. When he encounters people with a serious drinking problem, instead of trying to make a profit, he offers support and resources to help them overcome their problems.

Quests

Fizzip is always interested in fine wines and spirits from faraway lands that he could sell to his many customers. Sometimes he is in need for some hired help around Morhan. He might have one of the following tasks for adventurers.

Collect an order of Westvaldian Rye from the Brukovik Distillery

Deliver a crate of spirits to the Friend's Factory.

Deliver a bottle of D'entarian Wine to an elf in the Circle Ward.

Investigate a theft of a batch of ornate glasses and decanters from his warehouse.

Help a contact of Fizzip on Stratos who's contacted him about an infestation in his vineyard that produces Pinot Zitro.
