Requires attunement by a Spellcaster

Fiendish Magic. You gain a +1 bonus to spell attack rolls and you ignore half cover when making a spell attack with this wand.
Hellish Sting. As an action you can touch a creature with this wand and make it vulnerable to spell effects. You do so by making a melee spell attack. On a successful hit, the creature takes 1d4+1 Necrotic damage and gains disadvantage on saving throws against all spells and other magical effects until the end of your next turn. You can use this feature twice per long rest.
