Helga Thorndew

If you were to stop someone within a Night Market and ask them to describe Helga Thorndew to you, you may get very vague answers or none at all. This isn't to say that people don't know who she is, they can easily inform you that she runs a stall with her sister, Ivy (commonly known as Teacup) where they sell a selection of handmade potions, and likely give you directions as to where they normally set up. Yet to dig a little deeper to discover more about her, what her likes and interests are, this proves more challenging. Helga is, what some would describe as, "friendly enough". She is happy to talk and people are not afraid to approach her, but she is also rather quiet and is likely to listen more than to talk. Especially when it concerns herself. Of course, her friends know her differently, even if it takes a little time for her to really open up.
One thing that Helga is particularly passionate about is, somewhat unsurprisingly, the art of potion-making. This interest goes far beyond simply the means of earning a living for Helga, and it's not just the potions that are made, but the variety of ingredients that go into them. No matter how stinky or slimy the plants are, she is more than happy to get her hands dirty collecting or examining them closely. She has a particular love at the moment for the more dangerous plants, and has started to carefully curate her own patch of carnivorous plants in her garden. These she lovingly refers to as her little pets, her favourites being the most viscious which she keeps securely away from any curious eyes (and fingers).
