Raban Luthre, Master of the Mask

The Master of the Mask in the colony of Dupree is a kin from Darkadia who served in the Gold Sails throughout the Barrier Arc, dealing with Ordan and Kenogeni incursions. He is well versed in the ways of the Dominion and the Ordan power politics. He is tall for a Darcadian and wears his jet black hair in the short style of a member of the Sea Legion with the minor addition of a braid over his right ear. Master Luthre collects mementos of his interactions with different peoples, having a vast collection from the isles of the Barrier Arc. He has of late become interested in the local People of the Hides and often seeks ways to insert himself into various Imperial dealings regarding them.
