The Arbitri

When the Conqueror rose to power he had one goal, to reforge reality in his image, to take control away from the Gods and give it to his chosen few. The first to join the Conqueror was Morrow who had also once been human. After the death of Sundara, Serra joined the Conqueror on his quest to take ownership of the mortal plane. Soon, other Gods joined him. These being:
Desus Fesus Nocturne  Avarice
Together, these Gods fought in a war lasting 1000 years, ending only when both the Shieldmaiden and Conqueror perished, becoming the Unifier. While formally disbanded, some of the Gods within the Arbitri still align with the groups beliefs and seek to further its agenda to this day.

Followers of the Arbitri

Since the War of the Gods, countless cults have dedicated themselves to the Arbitri and from what was seen during the Aberrant war, it would seem that some of the other planes worship them as their primary deities. The goals of Arbitri Followers is usually twofold; undermine the influence of Aegis aligned Gods, and expand the influence of Arbitri aligned Gods.
