The Ascension of Dame Andrea

Andrea sacrifices herself to save Solus, who in return makes her into a Goddess, burning away the corruption of her mark and forfeiting dominion over the Moon in the process.

While travelling to support the Aegis' armies in the west of Averna, Solus was ambushed by Nocturne and was greviously wounded. Before Nocturne could deliver the killing blow, Andrea threw herself between the two, intercepting the attack, striking Nocturne in the chest and dying in the process. Nocturne retreated as Solus recuperated and cradled the body of Andrea. Refusing to let this be her end, Solus relinquished his power over the Moon, giving it to Andrea and reviving her as a God in the process.
