An invasion of the Riverlands of North Mytha by the Arbitri, resulting in the wounding of the Shieldmaiden, the death of several Yan aasimar and the creation of the Unfallen Sands by Solus.

Throughout the war, Yan and Nocturne fought a side war of information on each other, both being proficient in subterfuge. Yan, discovered that the Arbitri were planning to attack the Riverlands of North Myth, invading from both coasts at once in order to raze the mortal settlements there. The Aegis split so that both defend each coast from the oncoming forces. On one coast; Pandora, Mortu and Dame Andrea. On the other, The Shieldmaiden, Solus and Yan. But Nocturne had deceived Yan, the plan was never a split attack, nor was it ever invasion. The plan was for all of the Conqueror's forces to attack one half of the split Aegis. During the battle, the Conqueror's spear hit the Shieldmaiden's back wounding her badly, and in an act of sheer desperation Solus unleashed his full might. Morrow's body was burnt away, formally killing the Ascended God (though not permanently) and all other Gods present were injured by the blast but survived. Mortals present though, were all killed. The landscape was permanently altered becoming a vast desert and the cracks in reality worsened.
