Fan of Fangfish Dooms

On step 1, make a sagacity roll, trade each success for a flying fog pirhana, roll join battle for each pirhana, any pirhana that beats the current character's initiative gets to act before he does. On step 8 of the current character's initiative, and on step 1 of its own initiative, each pirhana declares an attack with its primary pool, tagged flying, fanged, natural, with half of it's current pool for each, this is deliberate, each fog pirhana attacks twice, with weak attacks, stealing power but not dealing major damage.
