Abbot Odelle's Scrolls, also called the
Sorynian Scrolls, are a set of
ancient spell rituals scrolls and fragments of scrolls found at the
Diarchy of Peraserasia.
Discovery
Shortly after the first convention of the DACUD,
Odelle, a
cleric of
Soryna found three half scrolls depicting some kind of an
ancient spell ritual used by
hantzuistic clerics of older times. Odelle inability to decipher the texts written on the scrolls led him to show the scrolls to an handful of clerics he have met at the convention. With their help, they found two more fragments of scrolls.
Ecclesiastic Work
After the full set, containing three scrolls and two fragments, had been found, twelve clerics had come together to decipher the texts, as they were written in
five languages.
The scrolls had revealed that for long times,
Hantzuism clerics had used a spell that sent bodies of dead clerics to an haven, as a way to conserve their holiness and prevent unjust awakening.
Each cleric that created such haven also had to write down the specifics of the order and explanations to get to the chambers of burial. This written document was sent to two other clerics of different churches for safekeeping.
Significance
The scrolls, confirm the inter-faith connections between the churchs, that used to rely on each other to protect each other secrets.
