Cŵn Khaziba
Cŵn Khaziba is a violent Pantani gang that specializes in organized theft, burglary, and robbery. The gang's name is a reference to the legend of the Cŵn Menas.
Culture
The gang's members, referred to as "Hounds", are led by an enigmatic figure known as "The Houndmaster" and operate from Panta's Lower District. Though gang members are mostly known for their brutality, the upper echelons excel in startegic thinking and planning, using their knowledge of the city's architecture and hidden passageways to carry out their operations. The Cŵn Khaziba are infamous for leaving appearant bite marks in the scenes of their crimes; in heists, these marks are left upon rocks or stones through unnknown methods; in robberies, these marks are literal bitings of the victim.
