Factotums

Factotums or Undercontrollers are often absentee rulers, rarely spending significant time on the Prime Material Plane. They delegate territories within their domain, rewarding particularly loyal subordinates with the richest parcels. These parcels can be further subdivided and assigned to even lower-ranking devils in sufficiently large hunting grounds.
