Gwaed Rhosyn
The Gwaed Rhosyn, meaning "Blood Rose" in the Peraserasian dialect, is a criminal syndicate deeply entrenched in the capital city of Panta's underworld. The syndicate controls a diverse network of illegal activities, including extortion, counterfeiting, and gambling dens.

Members of the Gwaed Rhosyn are skilled in forgery, manipulation, and ciphers; these skills allow them to operate a supposedly large number of fronts, with some estimates of said number being as high as 174 and other estimates being as low as 28.
They are believed to operate several spies within rivaling criminal organizations, the city guard, and even in political circles. In one famous case, a judge was inserted into his position by the syndicate which provided him perfect copies of recommendations; his wife, after discovering he had an affair, exposed him as a member of the syndicate, leading to his execution.
