The Mynydd Ddu, meaning "Black Mountain" in Peraserasian dialect, is a criminal gang that specializes in drug trafficking and protection rackets. They control the city's underground drug trade, and employ a network of dealers and enforcers to ensure their dominance.
Culture
Caring little for secrecy, members of the Mynydd Ddu are identified by a signature tattoo of a black mountain on their members' forearms; most members continue tattooing themselves, with the highest ranking and most veteran of them being completely tattooed.
They are known for their brutal methods and their ability to intimidate even the highest-ranking officials in Panta.
