Clergy, Temples and Worshippers
Ramenos' once-grand following has dwindled to a mere shadow. Only the bullywugs and the occasional tanar'ri drawn to his intoxicating influence remain as his devotees. His clergy is nonexistent, replaced by weak and simple shamans. But Ramenos' minimal support for his followers has a silver lining – their duties are equally light. Shamans primarily serve their tribal chiefs (likely relatives) and partake in regular rituals involving plant-based hallucinogens and occasional sacrifices. Most bullywug reverence for Ramenos is superficial. They appease him with offerings in hopes of securing food, and some even believe he manifests in specific locations, like a lake being his open maw.Rituals
Ramenos' avatar can still be summoned through elaborate rituals conducted at his ruined temples. However, without these specific rites, he remains uninterested in the affairs of his dwindling flock.Tenets of Faith
Followers of Ramenos believe in the pleasures of intoxication and little else.
Physical Description
Identifying Characteristics
Once active and strong, Ramenos now slumbers most of the time, barely able to sustain attention to his own fate. He takes the form of an enormous, bloated frog with a maw vast even for one of his kind.
Ramenos's true form is unimaginably massive, his innards alone estimate to be about ten miles in length and his mouth always open to intake more food. His avatar takes the form of a bloated, 20 ft (6.1 m) tall frog with vast, 10 ft (3 m) wide maw.
Special abilities
When manifested as an avatar, Ramenos's fought by leaping forward about 15 ft (4.6 m) while crushing his opponent underneath his corpulence or simply consuming his foe whole and allowing them to be digested, although a trapped enemy can still slice the avatar's insides. Every few minutes he can belch out a massive, inebriating gas that would leave those caught within physically and mentally handicapped for up to twenty minutes. He is able to use evocation magic and was immune to illusions and phantasms.

Personal history
The Primordial deity embodied the deep slumber of stagnation, the intoxicating oblivion of escape, and the inevitable decay that claims all existence. Once revered by a race of frog-like humanoids, whose degenerate descendants – the bullywugs – now roam the swamps. Scattered evidence of their devotion remains – ruined temples and colossal stone statues of Ramenos with gaping maws, silent echoes of a forgotten era.
Time, however, has dimmed Ramenos' glory. He has retreated into a state of perpetual slumber, punctuated only by periods of deep intoxication. This self-imposed oblivion suggests a slow and inexorable process of self-extinction, leaving the bullywugs with only the faintest whispers of their forgotten god.
