Talking Stones

The boulders grow more jagged and ancient as the hill rises until at last, at the top, a flat slab stretches out. Seven wide, mossy pillars circle a taller, central obelisk, the etching of pictographs, swirling geometric designs and ancient writing half-lost under the lichen. These are the Talking Stones, the bearers of the Stonewood clan’s history and legends.
