A crime lord and king of the lower parts of Amareesn slums. He gives a home and purpose to the discarded people of the union. He employs many beggar lookouts and other spies. He also retains a band of highly trained assassins called the "Black death" who he sends out to kill and treaten politicans and nobles who stand in the way of his expansion,
He trades alot in information and highly values his word. But don't hesitate to break it if he feels slighted in any way. He also tends to find loopholes in deals he makes so he can claim he never broke his word.
