Sovereign of the Sea

The Sovereign of the Sea, head of Sarana Mymlos, has to be a Sea-born or a Sea-chosen in order to even be considered for the role. The selection process is fairly simple. The previous sovereign elects a sailor to be their successor and usually this decision is then voted on by the most important officers in the organization.
