Races of Light

When one refers to the 'Races of Light', it is usally in direct connection to one or more of the sons of Arödrin, those who did not turn their hearts after the teachings of Mahan. Of the twelve sons, only Humar, Evolu, Gentre, Kutollum, Iskari, and Nocturi were considered the followers of light.
Though both Getti and Hullu refrained from the fight between the tribes, neither were considered defenders of the light by their brothers. Vallen, Therrin, and Täuku were the first to follow after the Dark Lord, while Ballaum--when he witnessed the sheer power of darkness against his brethren, fell into line behind those who served the shadows.
