Chapter 6: Goodnight

The Clue Crackers had absolutely no clue on this one and I figured that it didn't make much sense for me to try to guide them or I might just end up confusing them more. Some people threw out some fairy tales and nursery rhymes WHICH WAS A BIT CLOSE, but here are what the objects really were:
  • telephone
  • red balloon
  • the cow jumping over the moon
  • three little bears
  • chairs
  • two little kittens
  • a pair of mittens
  • a little toy house
  • a young mouse
  • comb
  • brush
  • bowl full of mush
  • ...HUSH...
  • light
  • clocks
  • socks
  • nobody (the head had no body lol badump tink yeah  )
  • stars
  • air
  • noises everywhere
  • And, what the heck do all these even mean? They are things that can be found in The Great Green Room, which is where the inspiration for your next challenge takes place.

    Chapter 6: Goodnight

I present to you: Goodnight Moon.     TL;DW?
Goodnight Moon is a classic children's bedtime story in which a little bunny is saying goodnight to all the things around them in the room before bed. In this case, the bunny (and likely the young person listening to the story) are both bound for dreams. They are heading off to sleep. Where is your character heading? In this final Chapter of the BOUND saga, we are focusing on the definition of the word that means *moving towards something*. Are they sleepward-BOUND? Our little bunny friend was leaving yet staying in place. Are they homeward-BOUND? Returning to where they belong after being gone? Are they adventure-BOUND? Packing up and leaving for someplace new? Or is it a more proverbial instance of travel, such as leaning in a new direction mentally or emotionally? Whatever this means to you, show us a story about one or more of your characters heading off towards something.
Feel free to write your story in first, second, or third person, past, present, or even future tense. Adhering to the prompt however you see fit, please stay within the PG-13 realm, adding spoiler tags and trigger warnings where applicable.   Though stories are not officially being judged, please check out the Feedback Shuffle on Discord if you would like to get critique on your entries. And, for these purposes, I advise you keep your entries around 300 to 500 words. (1,000 words, at most). THESE ARE NOT HARD LIMITS.   Feel free to write in a Google doc, WorldAnvil article, WorldAnvil Forums post, or just in your character's bunkers on Discord. However you want to do it. When done, post the link below so that everyone can know you entered this Chapter.   God bless and much success!
