Recovery and Healing
Recovering Stamina Points
Resting for a period of two hours, or resting for one hour and consuming at least a half ration of food and drink, allows a character to fully recover a number of Stamina Points equal to half of the character's maximum value. After a full night's rest and consumption of a full ration of food and drink, Stamina Points are restored up to the character's current maximum value. Various potions, elixirs, and spells can also restore Stamina Points, up to the character's current maximum value.Recovering Injuries
Typically, injuries heal at the rate of one per full day of rest in a Safe Environment. Some injuries may specify longer or shorter recovery times, though. Potions, elixirs, and spells may also heal one or more injuries immediately.
