Ielroth
Ielroth is the son of Mutarin, the Earth Mother, and Tathos, the Harper. He is a result of a chance encounter between the two. Ielroth is his mother's favorite child and she watches over him protectively. Many of the older gods believe that he and his best friend, Naraky, are spoiled brats.
He and Naraky are always together and their escapades are legendary. He is also a god of inventions and is credited with introducing many useful things to the intelligent races: wine, crop rotation, kneepads and many other inventions. Most of his inventions were created as a means of getting him out of trouble.
Ielroth appears as a young, handsome, well dressed man. He enjoys mingling with mortals and often travels through mortal lands, leaving aasimar children in his wake. He is often mistaken for a dandy or a nobleman's son and this often leads him into trouble.
Ielroth hates fighting and will always try to talk, charm or buy his way out of a fight. When all else fails, he may "depart" or stand his ground and fight with his shortsword. It all depends on his mood.
The priests of Ielroth are winemakers and inventors. Their services take the form of festivals. Their goal is to create an event that their god would want to take part in. The likelihood of his taking part in a really good party are very good.
