Library of Onin

The Library of Onin is a dungeon on the Isle of Onin, which was used as a training dungeon by Relyt Drak and all of the forces that were allowed entry by the dungeon.
The dungeon was a single instance originally, which held The Fallen Messenger, until it was defeated and opened by Relyt, at which point it became open to anyone with the ability to respawn, as it remained incredibly dangerous. It was a wonderful training aid for Relyt in the beginning of his life in Xeovis, but caused confusion due to the fact that he was not in there very long on Xeovis, but it was over a week for himself. The time dilation allowed everyone to complete incredibly intense training within a very short time.
The Library of Onin was originally time-dilated to allow more time for research and reading, as well as experimentation and crafting. However, this dimensional pocket became the most efficient place to imprison The Fallen Messenger and his ilk, which led to it being lost to the world.
