Everglow Soup
Everglow soup is a dish served in Surbaria culture. A unique dish, it requires the petals of an everglow plant, a flower that is unobtainable for most. The flower requires a permit to own, and therefore the soup is a hard meal to come by.
The best place to go to try out everglow soup is at Caral Restaurant in Surbaria, behind the restaurant is a greenhouse growing everglows with a permit. The soup is naturally expensive, at 20 corral per dish, but it is worth it because the restaurant is the highest quality you can get in the country of Tropacia.

Permits
Everglows are illegal to own and grow throughout the world, for the sap contains a poison so lethal a milligram can kill upwards of 500 harmonids, in minutes. That's why everglow soup is so rare, because the only way to get an everglow and therefore obtain its petals for the soup is through a permit granted by the government itself. The permit is very unlikely granted, only renowned chefs have ever been able to obtain one.For one person, everglow soup requires:
2 cups of water
8 everglow petals (one flower)
2 carrots (chopped)
2 cloves of salt garlic (minced)
1 small onion (diced)
Wash your carrots and peel the onion.
Carefully dice the two on a clean board to avoid bacteria.
Blend the water, onion, carrots and garlic to create a thick paste in a saucepan.
Bring the saucepan to a boiling heat, mixing in any optional spices.
