Fenris

Fenris is the capital city of Drufenis, with a population of 85,000, 9% of the total country's population. It is located directly in the centre of the country, the highest point in the country, 976m above sea level.
Fenris was the first city to ever be formed, which later formed Drufenis. Drufenis also gets its name from Fenris. Fenris was founded in 1204, after it declared independance from Kaltia. Fenris began to expand, claiming new territories, forming the country as we know it.
Fenris is strictly a mage city, relying on magic to survive.
