The Widow's Den
The Widow's Den is a secret location mentioned in Sarran mythology. Deep in the Sarra Desert is a giant pyramid, made of indestructable sandstone, vines strangling the building, with a single entrance to the inside. Directly at the bottom of the trap filled pyramid is the Widow, who will either reward or kill you, depending on your answer to a very difficult question.
Location
As far as we know, the Widow's Den is found in the Sarra Desert. Unfortunately, it is disguised in the middle of a continuous sandstorm, with the sandstorm on the move around the desert along with the pyramid.Traps
The Widow's Den has been found by many adventurers, many of which managed to escape and return to civilisation. Those of which lost several limbs to these traps.Bat Trap
The bat trap is the first trap, and it involves inverted gravity. You must stand on a pole above a pit of spikes and below a ceiling of spikes and surrounded by spikes, a guaranteed death. Immediately you will be flipped, and you will now be walking on a ceiling. When you are flipped you will land on a platform, and will be confronted with more poles that you must stand on. As you progress through the spiky corridor, you will constantly be flipped upside down and on your sides so you walk along each wall, and this is incredibly difficult as while there is a pattern to it, it is very difficult to figure out under pressure.Shield Welder's Trap
The Shield Welder's Trap is the second, less of a trap. You enter a room once you complete the bat trap, and you are met with several resources that will help you make a shield and a sword. If you can figure out how to make the sword and the shield, you need to enter the second room of the trap, where you are met with several venombite spiders. Once you have killed them all you will hear a ringing sound and a wall will move, revealing the last trap. The Widow's Whisper
The Widow's Whisper is the final trap, and the hardest. You enter a large room, with a giant throne made from a white material, decorated with gold accessories, skulls and bones, the Widow sits atop it. She will whisper one simple question into your ear.Am I pretty? Her croaky, broken voice, the rotting face, eyes slightly gouged, will keep you from saying yes. Only the most willing to survive will manage to break the trance her ugly face has on you. If you say no, she will make you as ugly as her and send her army of venombite spiders on you, but if you say yes she will give you one of her gold ornaments and let you leave.
