Merits
1. Longevity: You live long and prosper, and do not suffer aging effects until you are 65-70 years old (90 years old if you're a Shifter).
2. Clear & Night Sighted: You can see darkness and you get a Wits + Investigation roll, difficulty = opposing power's level +3, to see through supernatural illusions, such as those created by Obfuscation (vampire, followers of set), Chimerstry (vampire), Chicanery (changeling), Gifts (werewolf), etc.
3. Concentration: You are very good at focusing, and modifiers regarding distracting situations can cause you to lose no more than two dice, or have no more than a +2 difficulty.
4. Eidetic Memory: Having a "photographic" memory, you can accurately recall any sight or sound with a successful Intelligence + Wits roll. Amount of successes indicate exactly how much you remember.
5. Ambidextrous: no negative to second hand actions
6. Iron Will: You cannot be Dominated by Vampires, and other supernatural mind attacks are at +3 against you if you are aware of them and are trying to resist (and therefore spending 1 Willpower per turn of resisting). If you are not aware of the attack, the attacker's difficulty will still be raised by 1.

9. Lick (gift, 5 Gnosis): This Gift may be used as many times as the player wants, but each healing “lick” costs a Gnosis point. Bear in mind that even a cat may be loath to lick up toxic waste or raw sewage! Some substances, like silver or Wyrm-poison, might damage the healer in proportion to her healing — that is, by one Health Level per Health Level healed — if it’s still in or on the wound when she licks it.
10. Blizzard of Bullets (gift): can take a shot at all enemies (max 20) within range

Flaws

1. Flashbacks: When under pressure and/or in the presence of something which reminds you of something unpleasant in your past, you flashback to that past event. Whilst in a flashback, everything to you is as it was then.
2. Hatred (Lambach): There is something out there which you absolutely loathe, and will do anything to destroy it. You have to succeed a Willpower roll not to go after the object of your hatred, and the appropriate character types will have to make frenzy checks.
3.Nightmares: You're constantly plagued by nightmares, which at the worst may indicate there's something nasty in your fate, and at the least will make you cranky and irritable most of the time. A particularly bad night may cause you to lose -1 dice on all rolls for some time afterward.

Personal history

Followed the family business of becoming a professional hunter at 13. He was pushed by his mother to enter uni and received his doctorate in folklore. After high school he married his first love and fellow hunter (Hugo Renard). They adopted 3 children: Nikolas (8), Julia (7), Ellie (1).

During the Final Night (August 11, 1999) he discovered a plan to revive Dracula by the Camarilla led by Lambach (sired by Dracula, 4th gen vampire). With the help of other hunter compacts they stopped the ritual however Lambach was able to escape.

He was offered a job at Iowa State University to head their folklore department. He moved his family to Iowa where he entered a non-violence pact with Steffan Maddocks, elder vampire. However months after moving Lambach found them and with a group of vampires from Maddocks territory stormed the house.

Lambach captured Hugo and ordered Julius to drop his weapons. He was restrained and forced to watch his children sucked dry by Lambach's vampires. Lambach then bit Hugo to enter him into the Embrace. Julius was able to break free of his bonds with the help of Steffan (and his frenzy) killing the vampires and heavily wounding Lambach. As Hugo's dying wish, Julius killed him before the Embrace took hold.

Many elder vampires wanted Julius' headed for the injuries of Lambach but Steffan with the help of his sister Gwen were able to make a pact to spare Julius and his family. Julius retired and was sworn to not hunt.

History

Her infatuation started after Julius escaped her grasp, she still pursued him even after his wedding to Hugo. She would proposition both of them and at one time offered to have their children when she found about they were going to adopt.
After the murder of his husband and children she tried to be there for him but was pushed away. She stayed on the sidelines and offered what little she could for support even with his aggression towards her.
