I grew up looking at a copy of Works of Wonder, an art book of Michael Whelan featuring cover art from several classics of DelRey books, including the Foundation saga by Asimov, the Integral Trees by Larry Niven, Dragonsbane by Barbara Hambly or John Carter of Mars by Edgard Rice Burroughs. This book has been a huge influence since I can remember, Michael Whelan basically inspired me to write. Almost two decades later, I've read a lot of those books along with a huge amout of Metal Hurlain comics, manga and graphic novels in general, and developed a deep love of weird fiction and absurd or funny worldbuilding. Expect tentacles, pretty colors, intelligent monkeys IN SPACE and in general pretty much madness. Have Fun. Also Pulp.
I love to play rpgs, both in videogames and in tabletop (never tried LARP), I comics (mainly european inspired by Moebius, the Schuiten Brothers... practically everything from Metal Hurlain/Heavy Metal magazine), I love 90s and 80s manga and love pulp.
