A target damaged by the staff must succeed on a DC 19 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened of the wielder for 1 minute. The frightened target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.This twisted black staff is carved from a dark wood that seeps a black sap.
