Telepathic projection allows the user to send emotions to everyone within a common 30-foot square. This power cannot radically change a character's emotional state, however. A character who is very angry could be made only slightly angry, for example, but not happy. Empathic changes are a matter of degrees, no more. Use the table of NPC reaction in the DMG (p. 245). Creatures must roll a Wisdom saving throw to see how they react to this power.
