You draw forth a glob of ectoplasmic goo from the Astral Plane and immediately throw it as a ranged psionic discipline attack at any medium or smaller creature in range. On a successful hit, the target is covered in goo and becomes restrained until the power ends. The restrained creature can use its action to make a Strength check against your psionic discipline save DC. On a success, it frees itself. When the power ends, the goo evaporates.

If you spend 4 psi points, you can target a Large creature. If you spend 7 psi points, you can target a Huge creature.
