Upgrades
The upgrades below requier an Engineer/Artificer of sufficient skill(level/CR). Additionaly, Each upgrade increas the price of repairs by one tier, as shown above.
Auto defence. Costs 4,200 gp and 3 months. CR 12 The 12 rail gun's are equiped with small targeting constructs that target anything that comes too close. This upgrade provides you with 3 magic rings the constructs can sense, signaling to them that the rings wearer is not to be targeted.
Auto hammer. Costs 8,000 gp and 2 months. CR 15 The main gun, if you can call it that, is equiped with an advanced targeting construct. This construct is linked to a small iron wand, which is inscribed with the words "ban hammer" and a small red button half way down its length. When the iron wand is pointed at somthing via the hand of a living/undead creature, the Hammer of dawn will fire its main "gun" at the target.
Finally the time required by the upgrades must be spent on the station and additional Engineers/Artificers of sufficent or greater skill will not lower either the time or money requierments.
A large hexagonal space station with a central tower acting as the housing/barrel of the main gun.
The station draws its power from a captured star, feeding it through the corpse of a god.
The power drain of the main gun makes the whole station go dark when charging and firing.
The interior is a simple circular maze with lots of random rooms.
When looking at a map, the layout looks like a circit board.
There are two command decks, the primary one can be jetosend as an escape pod.
It is the only escape pod.
Please note: in the realm of Excal-heim, stars are magic balls of light about the sise of a house. The star used by the hammer is rather large.
