As an action, you can blow this whistle and let out an ultrasonic noise. Creatures within 120 feet of you with the Echolocation ability must make a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened of the whistle for as long as you blow it. You can take an additional action on subsequent turns to keep blowing the whistle continuously, up to half the amount of time you can hold your breath. A creature with Echolocation that enters the whistle's range while you are blowing it must also make the Wisdom saving throw to avoid becoming frightened.
