The ground in a 20-foot cube centered on a point within range transforms into a massive graveyard with spirits and skeletal hands emerging within it, uttering cries of woe and beckoning others to join them. The area becomes difficult terrain for the duration. Each creature within 20 feet of the graveyard when it first appears must make a Wisdom saving throw or become charmed by the graveyard’s inhabitants. While charmed, a creature can only move 5 feet toward the graveyard and can take no other action, allured by the embrace of death.   When a creature charmed by the graveyard moves into or within the area of the graveyard, it must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the target takes 4d6 psychic damage and is restrained by the graveyard’s inhabitants for the spell’s duration.   To break out, the restrained target can use its action to make a Wisdom saving throw to resist the allure of the graveyard. On a successful save, the target escapes and is no longer charmed and restrained by the graveyard’s inhabitants. On a failed save, the target takes 3d6 psychic damage.   If this damage from the graveyard reduces the target to 0 hit points, a hole forms in the ground and the corpse is drawn 6 feet down. The hole closes immediately afterward, leaving no visible trace of the hole or corpse.
