(Real world: Bola) A ranged weapon which is meant to entangle its target, but also has a chance of delivering a bludgeoning blow or constricting its throat. In its most basic form, it is a pair of stones (or, for less probability of damage, wooden balls) secured on either end of a braided rope, braided leather cord, or even a light chain. It may include a handle and up to 6 cords.
