You call forth a swirling storm of sand, creating a blast of abrasive particles that targets a creature within range. The target must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, a target takes 3d6 slashing damage and is blinded until the end of your next turn. On a successful save, a target takes half as much damage and is not blinded.

At higher levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 2nd.
