You unleash a surge of water towards a creature of your choice within range, or toward two creatures within 5 feet of each other within range. The water could take the form of a simple blast, fast moving bullet-like drops, or tendrils. Make a ranged spell attack against each target. On a hit, a target takes 3d8 bludgeoning damage, and you can push it up to 5 feet away from you.

At higher levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 1st.
