You call forth a swirling vortex of water that engulfs a 15-foot radius centered on you. Each creature in the area must make a Strength saving throw, taking 3d8 bludgeoning damage and being knocked prone on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

At higher levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 2nd.
