Description | Carefully choosing where to cut, where to chip away, where to manipulate and alter the bonds of the bands of Domhan, one can mimic many of natures most terrifying and brutal cataclysms, even those that would seem to cross a bit into the domain of other studies of magick. Spell-Weaving DCs: 26, Tier II: 31, Tier III: 36 Cutting free and reforming hunks of Domhan in a chaotic and dangerous manner above the target area, doing so in a particular method to draw in some Uisce, even though you may not know how to manipulate it directly, you create an interesting effect, as you gather enough manna to cause this spell-form to manifest. Any creature in the target area must attempt a Reflex Save. Should they fail, they immediately take 3d6 Thunder damage, 3d6 Bludgeoning damage and 3d6 Cold Damage, and are Stunned and Deafened (1) for a round. If they succeed they take half damage and do not suffer the aforementioned conditions. However this is not the end of what this spell-form does. The affected area also becomes difficult terrain for a secondary duration as noted in this spell's duration codex. Movement costs double to move through the zone affected by this. Any creature ending its turn within the affected area must attempt a Fortitude Save. Which should they fail, means they take 3d6 cold damage. Success still means half damage. Siegecraft: Structures and Constructs take 3d10 Thunder, 3d10 Bludgeoning and 3d10 Cold damage. Tier -1: Fail to cast, roll Major Miscast. Tier 0: Fail to cast, roll Minor Miscast Tier II: Increase all instances of damage by 1d6 or 1d10 as appropriate, increase radius by 25 feet. Tier III: Increase all instances of damage by 1d6 or 1d10 as appropriate, increase radius by 25 feet. |
